Returns:
In the event you wish to return your purchase for any reason, a restocking
charge of 22% plus all shipping, packing, and insurance will be deducted
from your credit. No cash refunds are given, only store credit for future
purchases. We are a wholesale-to-the-public company, and therefore we must
hold to a strict refund policy.
Damaged Items:
Be sure to open and inspect your new furniture or decorative items
for damages upon receipt. You have 48 hours from time of delivery to notify
us via our contact
page describing the damage. We will immediatley process your claim and
determine the best plan for repair or replacement. Be sure to also keep
all packing materials and the damaged pieces so that a pick-up/ call tag
can be issued for the damaged items. |
