Warranty: (for select items which state our 10 year
warranty)
We pride ourselves on the value and quality of our products and expect that
you (or your customers) will receive enjoyment from it for years to come.
However, defects do occur. We will replace any defective component at no
cost to the original owner within 10 years of purchase. The manufacturer
will pay for return shipping on all defective merchandise.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the effects of normal wear
and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized
repairs.

Shipping and
Delivery: (only for items with 10 yr warranty)
We provide FREE SHIPPING in the 48 contiguous
states. Only our products with a 10 year warranty can be delivered to many
locations in Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Canada and Mexico for an additional
fee. Please contact us for further
details.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of the furniture. The cushions will
ship UPS and should be expected in 3 to 4 weeks. If out of stock, we will
notify you of your new estimated time of delivery. When purchasing this
item, please provide us with a phone number where you can be contacted.
The freight company will need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery
time and date. If we are not provided with a working contact phone number
and the buyer is unable to be contacted for delivery, your order will incur
delays and possible additional freight storage charges that will be charged
to the buyer.
Please note that additional freight services including: lift
gate trailers, inside delivery, delayed storage, and re-delivery all incur
additional fees and are NOT included with our free shipping. If someone
is not present at time of delivery the freight company may charge you an
additional fee.
Before signing for delivery:
It is very important to inspect the packaging for any potential
damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please thoroughly inspect
all sides of each package before signing for delivery. Note any tears or
indentations on the delivery receipt. Thoroughly inspect all component parts
before assembling any furniture. Use care when removing items from carton.
If your order is delivered in damaged conditions:
Visible damages: All copies of the freight bill or way bill should note
any damage and be signed by the driver and consignee and the carton should
be kept by the consignee. Please contact us at sales@mypatioplace.com
Concealed damages:
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at
sales@mypatioplace.com for further instructions.
Please note: We will not be liable for any damages or discrepancies
after the order has been accepted upon delivery and notification of damages
period has passed. Any returns after this time will be at the buyer’s
expense.
